Esta operaci\u00f3n representa una cuota media aproximada de 727\u20ac al mes durante 30 a\u00f1os. Con el cambio de subrogaci\u00f3n esta cuota se reduce a 614\u20ac al mes, por lo que supone un ahorro mensual de 109\u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tipo de inter\u00e9s variable previo a la subrogaci\u00f3n, con un valor nominal de hipoteca de 168.000\u20ac, es de 1,59% + Euribor. Esta operaci\u00f3n representa una cuota media aproximada de 645\u20ac al mes.
